San Wang Metal started from forging and gradually brought CNC machining, surface treatment, hose assembly and quality documentation into its own system.
San Wang Metal is an enterprise group focused on fully integrated hydraulic component manufacturing. The group includes Qingdao Tianhu Metal Co., Ltd., Shandong Sanwang Fluid Precision Technology Co., Ltd., Tianwang Shimizu Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. (in cooperation with Japan S-TECH) and Tianying Surface Treatment Co., Ltd., with headquarters in Jimo District, Qingdao, Shandong, China.
The group originated from Qingdao Tianhu Metal, founded in 1993, which initially focused on forged hydraulic fittings for construction machinery. After more than 30 years of development, San Wang now operates four self-owned factories covering hot forging, CNC precision machining, surface treatment and hose assembly, achieving integrated in-house production with no external outsourcing for key processes.
San Wang is deeply embedded in the core supply chains of leading OEMs such as Kubota, Hitachi Construction Machinery, Caterpillar and Doosan. Core products include hydraulic pipe fittings, hose assemblies and custom forged components. The company has also provided OEM manufacturing support for brand owners in multiple countries under strict confidentiality.
San Wang holds ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certifications. RoHS 2.0 hexavalent-chromium-free compliance is supported, with products exported to Japan, Korea, the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia.

Japanese OEM supplyLarge-scale CNC equipment was introduced and Huashan factory was put into operation, stabilizing machining accuracy at +/-0.02 mm, greatly increasing batch capacity and enabling exports to Europe and the Americas.
Capacity expansionTianhu Metal formally took over Qingdao Sanwang Metal, now the Licang production base, and optimized Korean-style management practices while integrating lean production into daily operations.
Strategic acquisitionISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management certifications were achieved, aligning the quality system with international standards.
ISO triple-systemTianying surface treatment factory was completed and launched in Qingdao Jimo Auto City Chemical Park, with acid rack zinc plating and automated zinc-nickel lines brought online to make surface treatment fully in-house.
Closed in-house loopDuring the most severe global supply-chain disruption, San Wang relied on the integrated in-house capability of four self-owned factories to keep delivering on time, earning deeper long-term trust from multiple OEMs.
Supply-chain resilienceBecame a specified hydraulic component supplier for Caterpillar Japan and JCB do Brasil, expanded exports across the Americas and completed a main supplier agreement with Doosan Bobcat.
Americas customersFollowing Japanese OEM requirements, the upper passivation pH limit was tightened from 3.0 to 2.5, the acid rack zinc plating control plan was upgraded to REV.6 and XRF coating-thickness inspection was introduced by batch.
Process upgradeThe new Huashan factory was planned for launch with digital and automated production as its core goal, introducing 300 high-performance automated CNC machines with a planned investment of RMB 100 million.

Environmental management system certification. Tianying factory is supervised under Qingdao Jimo Auto City Chemical Park environmental management, with wastewater and exhaust treatment meeting national standards.
Occupational health and safety management system certification protecting worker safety and meeting international buyers’ supplier social responsibility requirements.
Restriction of Hazardous Substances compliance. Trivalent chromium passivation is hexavalent-chromium-free and meets EU environmental directives and Japanese OEM environmental requirements.
Production Part Approval Process support, with material certificates, dimensional reports, salt-spray reports and other quality documents available with shipment to meet OEM PPAP requirements.
Regular salt-spray testing is commissioned to SGS and other third-party organizations. Zinc-nickel coatings can withstand >=400 hours, with reports available with shipment.
